Recycled Denim. Made In Southern California

Our story

Old jeans. New life.

Most brands tell you about the product. We'd rather tell you about the jeans.

It started with Grandma Lita.

Worn Well Denim began while I was still in college. I brought my grandma, Lita, a pair of vintage denim, and she helped turn them into a bag. That bag became our first product.

Since then, every bag has been cut from real, pre-loved jeans, sewn by hand and tagged with our logo. We keep the fades, the pockets and the leather patches, so no two are alike.

The first test

On May 21, 2026, Salt Culture started selling our bags. It was Worn Well's first real test, and the first batch sold out in one week.

Why "worn well"?

Because the best things get better with use. Denim fades into something personal, and a bag made from it carries that history forward.
