Shipping

Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is free within the United States. You'll get a tracking number by email when your bag ships.

Returns

All sales are final. Because every bag is handmade and one of one, we can't take returns or exchanges, so please look closely at the photos and details before you buy. Natural variation in color, fading and stitching is part of each bag. If your bag arrives damaged, email us right away with photos and we'll make it right.

Local meetups

Local meetups are welcome. Email us to set up a time and place in Southern California, and we'll hold the bag for you.

Care

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Avoid machine washing to keep the fades and shape.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to fulfill orders and, if you opt in, send you our emails. We never sell your information. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never see your card details. You can unsubscribe at any time.
